I don't eat enough
I only eat 1900 calories while at home.
When I go back to school, I'm aiming for 3000 to start. Then maybe go to 3500 later.
My 2 weeks at home have made me wonder why it's so hard for people to eat less. If I didn't eat that humongous ice cream cone in the middle of the day, I would be down to less than 1600 calories for the day (!)
Well there is kinda like.. no junkfood in the house. At all. That probably helps.
Only a few more days till I can hit the weights again. Until then, I'll have to make do with the Total Gym in the home. Lmao.

Jumped!
OK, so no game on wednesday because I didn't have cleats. I hit the gym instead, but tweaked one of the rotator cuff muscles cuz it hurts. I did some RDL's, they punished my butt.. hard. no homo. Then I tried to do some GHR on the lat pull down machine but practically fell off... I did leg curls instead. Then I leg pressed a set of 8 at 300. Fun!
It wasn't a real hit the gym session btw... kind of fooling around
Food wise, I've been drinking ALOT of milk since it's going to go bad in about 3 days, and turkey breast because that's going bad in a few days too... Alot of PBJ sandwiches, and a Stromboli today. To celebrate the LAST DAY OF WORK. But I met alot of awesome people that I'll definitely miss.
Yesterday, however, I went into the basement to try and resolve the electric bill issue and got jumped by CHIGGERS!! (They look disgusting, use image search if you want)

Peaceeeee
I have the apt to myself for a month. It's a good feeling, but it'll spoil me for when 4 other dudes invade and make a mess everywhereee. It's already hard to clean up after myself sometimes, I greatly do not look forward to cleaning somebody's shit out of the toilet, or telling them to etc etc.
There's an A league game tomorrow, so I just refrained from hitting the weights. BLi would be disappointed.
I did 3 pyramids of pullups, palms facing towards, away, and wide grip.
I managed up to 9 on the first two, and 7 w/ the wide grip. If anything, my forearms are getting a good workout. I can almost get the little vein to come out of it. almost.
I then tried to do glute-ham raises under the couch; my hammy's burned. I definitely like it better than the leg curl machine though. I'm not sure if any of the gyms have a GHR machine though..

3000 kwh
Wildwood got me so used to eating junk food (dollar burgers, dollar hot dogs, dollar pizza, waffles and ice cream, PROTEIN, fried chicken) so it's hard to stop
But I'm all good now, played some real ultimate and it's time to hit the gym today (in about 17 hours)
Oh my energy bill says $380. Either somebody is using the AC too much or PSE&G doesn't know how to read meters. The house back home uses $120. With AC.

Outta Sync
Bad exercises, bad eating. But I've been not getting enough sleep so I finally did... until the 50 people playing pong in the basement woke me up around 2 am.
So basically my exercise for the past 2 days have been:
PULLUPS. Yeah, they're good. My back feels stressed. The day I do 30 in a row will be awesome. Kinda halfway there w/ 12... kinda
Food? Pasta, alot of cereal, tuna (from the lab meeting), milk and yogurt. Lettuce... poor excuse for vitamins.

Overdue Bills
Eat: Ate real clean, except for the Burger King Sundae. But I owed someone money and they didn't want to finish it so...
Breakfast: 2 English muffins, egg, cup of yogurt, some peanut butter on one of the english muffins
Lunch: A BIG turkey sandwich.. another bit of yogurt. A BK sundae shake =[ it tasted so good though
Dinner: cooking 2 porkchops wrapped in lettuce... with milk.
Lift:
Do I even need to post anymore? It's almost all the same. Anyway
Warm up: jog, stretch, 180lb leg presses, 60, 90 lb squats
2 sets of 8 squats @ 150 lbs. No form messup =D
4 sets 10 pull downs @ 87.5
2 sets 10 narrow @ 100
3 sets 10 pullups @ 40 assist
2 sets 9 pullups w/ no assist
3 sets 10 dumbell row @ 40
Attempted to try a barbell row; failed miserably. My back actually feels like it's been exercised. Must be doing something right. My left lat is considerably weaker, probably why my left trap is ever increasing in size to compensate. It looks beast, but really retarded cuz my right trap is lame-o.
Unfortuanately, 14 sets of back exercises kinda takes alot of time.

Exercise: I was kinda tired because I almost fell asleep.. it wasn't a very good session
Warm up: jog the mile.. stretch 90lb, 150lb leg presses
3 sets 8 leg presses@ 250... yep my legs were still feeling sore so didn't do too much.
3 sets 12 lat pull downs @ 87.5.. back feeling goood
2 sets 10 narrow @ 75
2 sets 10 parallel pullups w/ 30 assist
2 sets 10 chins w/ 30 assist
3 sets 12 bent rows @ 35
3 sets 10 tricep extension @ 30
3 sets 10 tricep pull thingys @ 22.5
warm up w/ 40lb, 90lb deadlifts
2 sets 8 deadlifts @ 110
a set 8 deadlift @ 120
Rested... finished w/ 3 sets hyperextension w/ 10 lbs
Deadlifts @ 120 has a rep of rounding, definitely not good for the back. I'll stay w/ 110 until my back doesn't round at all.
Upper back feels undertrained.. I'll work on the form

Lunch: pasta-roni. it's nasty. never again. But my chicken from dinner last night was good

Currrrrry

ummm MCUDL game. Was in pain. Got handblocked. Ran "sprints".. Bad way to get back into ultimate..

Breakfast: none! Student center closed... oops
Lunch: Turkey Swiss Burger.. with all the fixings
Bryan made this gastronomically delicious curry that absolutely revived my palate from weeks of sandwiches and ramen etc.
Made some penne w/ Herbs for lunch.
Health-o-meter: -10/10. yes, negative 10.
Other stuff: nobody can drive around this summer back home, means nobody can go anywhere. Sucks a big one.
Went shopping, check card didn't work because somebody cashed a check I wrote to them 3 months ago. Wow.

a set of 10 assisted pullups @ 40
set of 10 assisted chinups @ 30

didn't feel like waiting for dumbell row space, gym closes in 30 mins (yikes)
