Bad exercises, bad eating. But I've been not getting enough sleep so I finally did... until the 50 people playing pong in the basement woke me up around 2 am.
So basically my exercise for the past 2 days have been:
PULLUPS. Yeah, they're good. My back feels stressed. The day I do 30 in a row will be awesome. Kinda halfway there w/ 12... kinda
Food? Pasta, alot of cereal, tuna (from the lab meeting), milk and yogurt. Lettuce... poor excuse for vitamins.
