I only eat 1900 calories while at home.
When I go back to school, I'm aiming for 3000 to start. Then maybe go to 3500 later.
My 2 weeks at home have made me wonder why it's so hard for people to eat less. If I didn't eat that humongous ice cream cone in the middle of the day, I would be down to less than 1600 calories for the day (!)
Well there is kinda like.. no junkfood in the house. At all. That probably helps.
Only a few more days till I can hit the weights again. Until then, I'll have to make do with the Total Gym in the home. Lmao.
